Avista Resources, Inc. is engaged in the worldwide resource recovery of premium lubricating oils from spent automotive and industrial lubricants using its proprietary Vaxon technology.

The high yield, cost effective Vaxon process uses patented chemical and solvent extraction technologies combined with cyclone vacuum distillation to rerefine used automotive oils from a less valuable waste commodity into quality products comparable to its original source.

The company has commercial plants in Denmark, is commissioning one in Saudi Arabia and has another under design for Germany. Implementation of projects is managed by Avista Resources, Inc. under global supply chain alliances and with appropriate utilization of its ongoing research, engineering development, and operations' improvement programs.
